Job Title: Lead Installer
Job Requirements
Oversee entire aspect of installation all the way to successful completion. Make sure job is done efficiently and correctly in a safe manner. Supervise and coordinate solar design and placement. Drive company vehicle to and from job sites. Must provide a valid driver's license.

Experience: 5+ years in solar installation + electrical

Job Title: Roof Lead
Job Requirements:
Understand system design plans and layout. Supervise assembly of racking and arrays. Properly drill rafter for lag screws. Install proper equipment( optimizers, MC's, proper grounding, etc.). Supervise installation of solar panels. Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions. Able to work efficiently and in a timely manner. May have to drive to job sites in company vehicle. Must provide valid driver's license.

Job Title: Solar Installer
Job Requirements:
Understand system design plans and layout. Assemble racking and arrays. Properly seal all drilled holes. Install proper equipment( optimizers, MC's, proper grounding, etc.). Install solar panels and assisting with wire management. Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions. Able to work efficiently and in a timely manner. May have to drive to job sites in company vehicle. Must provide valid driver's license.
